The body is characterized by its use of 9.5 oz (285g) (26/2 double yarn) heavy jersey. This jersey is uniquely knitted with a 26-count yarn as a double yarn, which is unusual for jersey fabric. This gives it a thick, vintage-like look and feel, and also makes it resistant to skewing.
