Inspired by 40s U.S. ARMY M-43 HBT TROUSERS, these pants feature large, high-positioned cargo pockets and a front gas flap (inner flap) design. We've added back pockets and a pin loop on the waistband to secure belts. The belt loops are double-layered, accommodating both standard and thin belts. The material is a double-woven herringbone, finished by long, small-batch kneading, giving the fabric an airy, relaxed feel. The pink color is madder-based, while the khaki is made using a botanical hybrid dye process with pomegranate-extracted dye and alum mordant. The fabric has just the right thickness to be worn as outerwear from winter to spring.
