Inspired by a wool check shirt from a certain brand in the 60s , the material has been replaced with a checkered mixture of acetate, cotton and rayon , and the colors have been dyed using botanical product dyeing. The cuffs and hem are raw cut to give a light impression . This open-collar shirt was designed as a homage to a certain artist in the 90s . It is finished with a botanical hybrid post-dyeing process.
