SERVICES
For international deliveries, we use EMS (Express Mail Service) or Yamato Transport (International Courier).
Domestic deliveries within Japan are handled by Yamato Transport.
You cannot specify the delivery company.
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving it.
Delivery may be delayed depending on shipping conditions, and we may not be able to deliver to certain countries or regions.
HiNN is not responsible for delays or damage caused by delivery companies or customs brokers.
For first-time purchases using a credit card, billing information will need to be verified and your order will not be shipped until verification is complete.

TAXES & DUTIES
When ordering goods from HiNN internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. HiNN is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. HiNN has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, please contact your local customs office.
NO REFUNDS
