Q:What is the shipping method?

A: We will ship via Yamato Transport.
Please note that you cannot specify the shipping method.

Q: I would like gift wrapping.

A: We are very sorry, but we do not offer gift wrapping.

Q: Can I return products?

A: We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
Please also note that we do not accept returns on sale items or used clothing items.

Q: Can I exchange products for different sizes?

A: Yes, if we have the same product in stock.
However, please note that the shipping costs for returned or exchanged products will be borne by the customer.
(Please return the item prepaid. The replacement item will be sent cash on delivery.)
In addition, the returned item must be unused. Please note that if any accessories (tags, novelties, etc.) are missing, we will not be able to accept the return even if the item is unused.
